	iCAT Omega Path To Progression

The progression of students and instructors in the OMEGA stage is based on the accumulation of iCAT training hours, usually within a 12 month period. Although the national conference is not an absolute requirement for promotion at the Omega stage, it will however count toward 50% of your annually required hours.

All student ranks beyond Purple belt as well as all Instructor levels Black Belt and above are earned during the Omega stage of iCAT. Please note that all hours required for each rank are in addition to the hours previously completed for other ranks or instructor levels. Many iCAT members may pursue the path to progression more aggressively while some may take more time, regardless of how long one takes the promotion review process must be completed before the student or instructor level member can be promoted. Once the iCAT member completes the requirements for progression they must contact iCAT headquarters to register for the promotion review process.

NOTE: All members must comply with the standards of honor and integrity as determined by the iCAT World Martial Arts Federation. iCAT Omega members will also be required to purchase certain necessary study materials and training equipment in order to complete certain training programs and rank or instructor levels of the Omega stage. iCAT also reserves the right to modify and /or add to this outline if the iCAT board of directors believes that said modifications will improve the iCAT program overall.
