How iCat Seminars
Work
- We offer a one and two-day iCAT training programs.
- Each day consists
of 6-8 hours of exciting, practical state-of-the-art instruction
by world-class martial arts masters, trainers and coaches.
- With the
two-day program, day one is open enrollment is for everyone, novice
to advanced instructors. All ranks welcome.
- Day two is exclusively
for Instructors, Black Belts and school owners. No exceptions.
- For
advancement there are two paths that can be taken with iCAT: the
student path and the instructor path.
Student Path
- Students can advance in the
iCAT program and even achieve rank certification and eventually their
Black Belt through iCAT.
- To advance in the student path, participants
must complete the R.I.P. program, join the iCAT Federation and attend
the National Training
Conference. Upon completion they are eligible to test for their
first Belt Rank (Green Belt) and to move on to higher levels of training
in the coveted iCAT Omega Program.
Instructor Path
- Professionals, (Instructors,
Black Belts and School Owners) who complete days one and two of the
R.I.P. program qualify to attend an iCAT
Instructor certification course. These courses are held by seminar or at the
iCAT
National Conference.
- Once an Instructor has confirmed their attendance
at an official iCAT Instructor certification course or the National
Conference by completing the form and reserving their spot they will
receive a temporary trainer’s license. This license can be
proudly displayed in your school or training facility and enables
you to
teach what
you have
learned in the iCAT R.I.P. Program. We will also provide you with
basic training outlines, which will help you to teach and practice
the ICAT
program prior to the completion if the ICAT Instructor certification.
- The
great thing about your iCAT Temporary Trainers License is you can
earn money teaching the basics of the iCAT Program which will
allow you to generate money to cover the cost of your Instructor
Certification
and likely much more. This means if you get serious about teaching
iCAT you can go to the Instructor Certification with no cost
to you and the added benefit of the possibility of more income.
Instructors who complete the iCAT R.I.P. program receive
a temporary instructors license. This license allows them to teach
the iCAT program pending full accreditation, which requires
two additional steps: joining the iCAT
Federation and attending (and
completing) the iCAT National Training
Conference. Once these steps are completed, the
instructor is awarded the rank of Apprentice Instructor and is eligible
to move on to the coveted iCAT Omega program.
Forms for advanced levels of iCAT Instructor certification
will be available at all iCAT events. At the iCAT Instructor certification
you will receive a complete instructor’s kit, which includes
the following:
- A full-color, numbered Official Instructors
Certificate. (It stays active as long as you do!)
