Charlie Lysak

Charlie Lysak is the son of reality fighting pioneer Grandmaster Walt Lysak Sr. Charlie is a lifelong martial artist who is well known for his expertise in reality fighting as well as strength training. He is a 9th Degree Black Belt and the Co-Founder of the Sento Method. Lysak holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu, 6th Degree Black Belt in Pankration, 5th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing under the Legendary Joe Lewis, as well as high level ranks in several other styles and systems as well.

Additionally Lysak is the founder of Primal Strength Training™ which is a dynamic program for developing strength for real fighting, as well as virtually ever other athletic endeavor. Charlie is one of the original Ironmind™ – Captians of Crush™.

Lysak is a member of numerous Martial Arts Hall of Fames, and has received many accolades for both martial arts and strength training.
